Our management fees vary depending on the type of property, the number of units, and the level of service you need. We offer competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us for a customized quote based on your property.
We use a comprehensive screening process designed to help place qualified tenants. This may include:
Credit history review
Criminal background check (where permitted by law)
Employment and income verification
Rental history verification
Reference checks
Our goal is to find responsible tenants who meet our qualification criteria while complying with all applicable fair housing laws.
We coordinate maintenance through trusted, licensed, and insured vendors. Owners can establish repair authorization limits, and we'll obtain your approval before repairs exceeding that amount whenever practical. Emergency repairs needed to protect the property or occupants may be completed immediately, with notification provided as soon as possible.

I started Pradhan Property Management because of a frustrating experience with my own investment property.
Years ago, I hired a local property management company to rent out my family's former home. I expected professional service and peace of mind, but from the very beginning, the experience was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, showings were poorly managed, and there was very little effort put into properly screening qualified tenants.
After the property was rented, the problems only got worse.
Repair costs kept piling up, maintenance issues weren't handled efficiently, and less than eight months later, the tenant stopped paying rent altogether. When they finally moved out, they left the home in terrible condition, resulting in thousands of dollars in damages and unnecessary stress.
That experience made me realize that landlords deserve better.
Instead of trusting another management company, I decided to manage the property myself. I learned every aspect of property management—from marketing vacant properties and conducting showings to thoroughly screening qualified tenants, coordinating maintenance, collecting rent, and protecting my investment. Over time, friends, family, and other property owners began asking me to manage their properties as well.
That's why I founded Pradhan Property Management.
I'm not the biggest property management company, and I'm not the cheapest. That's intentional.
When you hire a large management company, it's easy to become just another property in their portfolio. At Pradhan Property Management, I intentionally keep my portfolio manageable so every owner receives the attention their investment deserves. When you call, you'll speak with someone who knows your property—not a different representative every time.
I treat every property as if it were my own because I know firsthand what it's like to trust someone else with one of your biggest investments. My goal isn't simply to collect rent—it's to protect your property, place high-quality tenants, minimize costly surprises, and give you confidence that your investment is being cared for.
If you're looking for the lowest price, there are plenty of options. But if you're looking for honest communication, responsive service, and someone who genuinely cares about your investment's long-term success, I'd love the opportunity to earn your trust.
Because at the end of the day, I've been in your shoes. I built Pradhan Property Management to be the company I wish I had hired.
